The Pen is Mightier than Text

I attended a Basic HDSLR Film Making because I want to learn the the basics of film making which I can use to make demo or review videos for Stationer Extraordinaire. The workshop was delivered by Rolly Magpayo, an artist and fountain pen enthusiast.
I, together with a classmate David, were tasked to do the screenplay. My inspiration came from my observation of my 2 seat mates who took down notes using a mobile phone while I used my Kaweco AL Sport Fountain Pen and Yumi Journal; that was a millennial vs. melinya (sa mukha) moment. So my idea was to show how the pen is still mightier than text. David, on the other hand, was inspired by the recent Jollibee commercial so his idea was to create and emotional video while at the same time promoting the cafe. As always, 2 heads are better than 1 so there was a fusion of the idea. The directing and original editing was done by Rolly. The version you will see here is my edit.
